P.A.I.N.T. INTERNATIONAL

The University of Wisconsin-Stout partners with the Mabel Tainter Center for the Arts and Peace Corps Botswana!  As part of A.I.M.'s P.A.I.N.T. program (Program for Arts Integration for New Teachers), UW-Stout pre-service teachers gain diverse hands-on teaching experiences with local and international children, while being mentored by professional art teachers in the Menomonie area.

FREE SATURDAY ART CLASSES at the Mabel Tainter Center for the Arts will be taught by P.A.I.N.T. interns to children in grades K-5!  Through Skype technology, each Menomonie art class will be live video-streamed to another classroom in Botswana, Africa whereby children will be making the same art projects while making friends with one another from across the globe!
